The short version: an independent statistics site about the public Apify Store catalog, plus a paid app that watches it for you. apifystats is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apify. “Apify” and actor names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to refer to them. Rankings and grades are computed from published formulas over public data (see the methodology); no listing is paid placement, and no actor can opt in or out.
All data comes from a daily census of the public store catalog. It can lag the store, miss part of the long tail, and inherit any errors in the source. It is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Prices, success rates and grades are decision support, not purchasing advice — check the actor’s store page before you rely on it or pay for it. We are not liable for decisions made on the basis of these numbers.
The app needs an account; you are responsible for what happens under yours. Claiming a publisher page asserts that you actually publish those actors, and is verified by a token you place in one of their READMEs — claim only what is yours. A claim that turns out to be false gets revoked, and an account that fakes one can be closed. One free trial per account.
The Free plan is free forever. Paid plans bill monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, until you cancel. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of the Starter plan, no card required; when it lapses you drop to Free and nothing is deleted — things only the paid plan covers stop updating until you subscribe. Cancel anytime in the Stripe portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and we do not refund partial months. If a price ever changes, existing subscribers hear about it by email before it affects them.
Don’t hammer the app or the API at abusive rates, resell access to your account, or misrepresent who you are in a claim. The census data on the public pages is there to be read and cited; for bulk use see below.
The app is provided as is. The census runs nightly — nothing in the product is real-time, alerts can be delayed or occasionally missed, and the site can be down. This is decision support built on public data, and our total liability to you is capped at what you paid us in the month the problem happened. You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time; write to [email protected].
