Workhorses
The highest-volume actors that almost never fail
At least 50,000 runs in the last 30 days with a success rate of 99.5% or better. If you are building on top of someone else's actor, start here.
Handle with care
Heavy run volume, under 80% success
At least 10,000 runs in the last 30 days. A few of these are rentals with millions of runs and a handful of users: someone's automation retrying a failing actor around the clock. A low success rate is not always the actor's fault (bad inputs count too), but it is always worth knowing before you depend on one.
Price moves, last 30 days
Actors that changed their headline price
Detected from each actor's pricing history: the latest change of pricing model or headline price (the primary billed event) within 30 days of the snapshot, for actors with at least 100 monthly users. Tier discounts and margin changes are not counted.
Gaining steam
This week's user pace vs the monthly average
Actors at least 45 days old with 500+ monthly users, where the last 7 days brought at least 1.3 weeks' worth of the monthly average. Store user stats update in batches, so read the pace as directional, not exact.
Fastest starts
New actors ranked by users per day since launch
Created within the last 90 days, at least 50 monthly users. Users per day divides the 30-day user count by days live, capped at 30.
Hidden gems
Small audience, unusually strong reviews
Rated 4.8 or higher across at least 10 reviews, with between 20 and 500 monthly users. Ten reviews is a real bar here: most of the store's perfect ratings rest on one or two.
Crowd favorites
High ratings that survived review volume
Rated 4.5 or higher across at least 100 reviews. Only a dozen actors in the whole store clear this bar.
Free and actually used
Free actors with a real monthly audience
Pricing model FREE with at least 200 monthly users. You still pay Apify platform usage for the compute; the actor itself charges nothing.
Platform market maps
The top five actors by monthly users for each major platform
Matched by platform keyword in the actor's name, so multi-platform actors appear on every map they name.
